Seating for Patrons with Disabilities:
The Ryan Center is accessible to all guests. All guest entrances are wheelchair accessible. The center features accessible seating and companion seating at all levels and assistive listening devices. Handicapped accessible parking is located on a first-come, first-served basis in the Ram Parking Lot (if you have an ADA Parking Pass) located off of Plains Road, as well as additional ADA parking in the Plain Road Lot and limited spaces in front of Keaney Gymnasium, located off of Route 138. We do allow accessible handicapped drop-offs near the Ryan Center's North and South entrances to go park in the Plains Road Lot. Patrons requiring assistance should contact the Ryan Center in advance of their visit.

Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Ryan Center Guest Services Center, located adjacent to the Main Ticket Office in the North Lobby area. To ensure that the devices are promptly returned, a major credit card or a driver's license is required to use the devices.
The Ryan Center will arrange for interpretive services if notified at the time of purchase for concerts and family shows. Sign language interpreter requests require two weeks advance notice of the show for scheduling. Patrons can call the Box Office at 401-874-7267 to talk to a representative or E-Mail to request this service.
In compliance with the revised 2010 ADA regulations, a patron may purchase multiple tickets, up to the event’s ticket limit (e.g. 4, 6, 8, etc.), in the accessible seating area. If not all of the party’s tickets are requested in the ADA seats, every effort will be made to seat additional members of the party close to the accessible seating area. Tickets for these seats are available at the Ryan Center box office, online, or via the phone center. Please refer to the above listed phone numbers for seating inquires.
For non ticketed events all accessible seats are available on a first come, first served basis to all customers desiring accessible seating. For all events every possible effort will be made to accommodate patrons requiring special assistance however it is strongly recommended to purchase ADA seating in advance for ticketed events and call 401-874-7267 for any non ticketed event questions.
Patrons needing accessible seating at the time of an event will be directed to Guest Services for availability, on a first-come first –served basis. Guest Services is located off the main lobby and is adjacent to the main ticketing box office.
Only pets serving as guide, signal or service pets to aid guests with disabilities, and any animals that are an integral part of the approved show are permitted. Guests bringing in a service animal may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat, but may request accessible seating.
The Ryan Center has two (2) public elevators, one located in the North lobby (Northeast Corner) and the other is located in the South Lobby. Both elevators provide access to all levels.
Wheelchair Escorts are available for disabled guests who may need assistance getting to and from their seat. Ryan Center escorts will meet a guest at the entry doors and assist them to their seat, as well as meet them at the end of the event and escort them to the nearest exit.
