URI MBB vs Richmond
Come watch URI Men's Basketball as they take on Richmond at 6:30 pm as part of Coaches vs Cancer Week.
Effective immediately (10.14.21), All persons aged 12 and over attending in-person Campus Events must either show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 (fully vaccinated is defined as at least 14 days after receiving either a two-dose or one-dose FDA or WHO authorized COVID-19 vaccine) OR proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of performance time or proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test (rapid test) taken within 6 hours of performance time. AT HOME tests will not be accepted.
- Please Note: The requirement to show proof of vaccination or negative test does not apply to current URI students and employees presenting a valid URI ID at a Men's Basketball game or a large event.
- These entry requirements will go into effect immediately.
- Additionally, the University is requiring all guests over the age of 2 are required to wear a mask at the Ryan Center at any time, except while actively eating or drinking as permitted. The masking requirement while indoors will remain in effect until further notice.

Clear Bag Policy:
Fans attending events at the Ryan Center will be permitted to carry one clear plastic or vinyl bag that does not exceed 12”x6”x12”, or one clear drawstring bag not to exceed 12”x12”, or one, one-gallon clear plastic or zip-lock bag. A small clutch no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” may also be carried in addition to one clear bag. For more information please CLICK HERE.
