Global Spectrum, operators of the Ryan Center, has initiated a company-wide Customer Service Program that we call “How You Doin’?”. Our catch phrase encourages all of our employees to engage in conversation with customers to not only assist them and make their experience more enjoyable, but for the company to gauge its performance.
We truly believe in providing the best experience possible for our guests coming to the event as well as the promoter who produces it. Our “How You Doin’?” program has proven to be a valuable part of our success in managing facilities.
"Our new approach begins with a simple question, 'How You Doin',' but it's more than that. It's going above and beyond and treating our customers the way they want to be treated. It's all about giving our customers the ultimate sports and entertainment experience. It's also a way of measuring how we are performing as a company," Comcast-Spectacor Ventures President and Global Spectrum Chairman Peter Luukko said.
"Every one of our customers are our Most Valuable Players in our business," added Luukko. "We will do whatever it takes to make our guests have the best possible experience each and every time they come to our facilities or come in contact with our employees."
