Meeting Space
The Ryan Center offers various function rooms available to rent for your own private event including the Alumni Lounge, North Concourse, South Concourse, and the Catering Room. The four spaces of different sizes are perfect for corporate functions, meetings, banquets, birthday parties, and receptions!  These spaces are available for rent during event days and on non-event days based on availability.

Alumni Lounge
Capacities*/Setups**:
  • Seated: 96 (includes twelve round tables and two 8’ tables for catering)
  • Classroom: 60 (includes 8’ table rows and two 8’ tables for catering)
  • Lounge: 60 (includes coffee tables and lounge chairs)
  • Theater: 100 (includes chairs in rows in an audience style)
  • Meeting: 40 (includes “u-shape” of 8’ tables)
  • Standing: 100 (includes high top tables and two 8’ tables for catering)
*Capacity may vary with setup.
**Pipe and drape or tensa barrier is available for set-ups
User Fees
  • During Event: $300.00
  • Non-Event: $100
 ^Plus any applicable equipment rental, staff fees or expenses.

North Concourse
Capacities*/Setups**:
  • Seated: 48 (includes six round tables and two 8’ tables for catering)
  • Standing: 75 (includes high top tables and two 8’ tables for catering)
  • Mix: 40-65 (three to five round tables mixed with six to eight high top tables plus two 8’ tables for catering)

**Pipe and drape or tensa barrier is available for set-ups
Rental Fees^
  • During a Ryan Center Event: $225.00
  • During a Non-Event Day: $100.00

South Concourse
Capacities*/Setups**:
  • Seated: 72 (includes nine round tables and two 8’ tables for catering)
  • Standing: 100 (includes high top tables and two 8’ tables for catering)
  • Mix: 50-75 (five to seven round tables mixed with six to eight high top tables plus two 8’ tables for catering)
*Capacity may vary with setup.
**Pipe and drape or tensa barrier is available for set-ups
Rental Fees^
  • During a Ryan Center Event: $250.00
  • During a Non-Event Day: $100.00

Catering
All catering must be done through URI Dining Services. For all food or beverage orders, please call Dominic Ferraro at (401) 874-9408.  No outside food/beverage is allowed.
