The Ryan Center offers various meeting spaces available to rent for your own private event including the Alumni Lounge, North Concourse, South Concourse, Interview Room and the Catering Room. The five spaces of different sizes are perfect for corporate functions, meetings, banquets, birthday parties, and receptions! These spaces are available for rent during event days and on non-event days based on availability.
The Alumni Lounge, located on the concourse level can accommodate up to 170 people depending on the room set up. Additionally, the room has built in sound, (6) 65" Smart TV's equipped with an internal video system. In the situation that you need a room larger than a green room for meals, the Alumni Lounge can be accessed via elevator without going through the public area. The Alumni Lounge is also great for luncheons, sit down dinners, press conferences, meetings and meet & greets.
