General Event Parking at the Ryan Center

VIP RAM Lot

Located immediately in front of the Ryan Center Main (North) Entrance and holds 104 vehicles and an additional 36 accessible spaces.

For Ryan Center concerts, comedy shows, or other special events, entry to the Ram lot is by paid parking pass only. 

This parking lot is controlled by Ryan Center personnel on event days. 

Patrons wishing to access this lot must purchase parking. Prices vary based on event.  Please visit the event-specific ticket page for specific event prices.

Prices typically range from $0 - $50.

GENERAL PUBLIC PLAINS ROAD LOT (URI LOT 25)

 General fans attending a concerts, comedy show, or other special events can park in the Plains Road lot. Parking in the Plains Road lot is the open to the general public and directly across the street from the Ryan Center and its main ticketing box office.   

This parking lot is controlled by Ryan Center personnel on show days. Depending on the type of event, this lot may be pay-to-park or a complimentary park.  

When it is a pay-to-park event, patrons wishing to access this lot must purchase parking. Prices vary based on event. Please visit the event-specific ticket page for specific event prices.  

Prices typically range from $0 - $25.

ADA PARKING

Accessible parking is located on a first-come, first-served basis in the Ram Parking Lot (if you have an ADA Parking Pass) located off of West Alumni Ave, as well as additional ADA parking in the Plains Road Lot. We do allow drop-offs near the Ryan Center's North and South entrances, however, vehicles must park in the Plains Road Lot after dropping off guests.

When attending Ryan Center concerts, comedy shows or event the only lots available for general public parking are the Ram Lot and Plains Road lot.  All other lots are URI passholder lots only. Patrons who park in any other lot may be ticketed.

FOOTBALL PARKING 

Parking for all URI Football games is available in the Plains Road Lot and the Keaney Lot. The Ram Lot and Ellery Pond lot are reserved for athletic donors and suite holders only. Single-game parking passes are not available for these areas. 

GENERAL PUBLIC/TAILGAITING PLAINS ROAD LOT (URI LOT 25)

 General fans attending a FOOTBALL game can park in the Plains Road lot. Parking in the Plains Road lot is the open to the  general public and directly across the street from the Ryan Center and its main ticketing box office.   

This parking lot is controlled by URI Athletics personnel on game days.

10.25.25 - Bryant - $25 in advance/$30 Day of Game (Cash & Credit)/ RV's - $50

11.22.25 Hampton - $15 in advance/$20 Day of Game (Cash Only)/ RV's - $50

RAM LOT (URI LOT 23)

 Season ticket holders and Rams Fund members holding a Ram Lot pass wishing to park in the Ram Lot may access the lot by presenting your valid Ram Lot parking pass to traffic police at the intersection of Plains Road and West Alumni Avenue.  

ELLERY POND LOT 

Season ticket and Rams Fund members holding an Ellery Lot pass may access the lot by presenting your valid Ellery Lot parking pass to the parking staff.

ADA PARKING/ DROPOFF

ADA Parking for all URI Football games is available in the Plains Road Lot. The Ram Lot and Ellery Pond lot are reserved for athletic donors and suite holders only. 

ADA Drop off is available in front of the Ryan Center Box Office. 

Men's Basketball Parking at the Ryan Center

RAM LOT PARKING (URI LOT 23) - Passes for the RAM Lot are distributed to qualifying individuals who donate to the RAMS Fund and are members of the All-American, Keaney, and Golden Ram Society  donor level.

MEN'S BASKETBALL RAM LOT PASS HOLDERS TRAFFIC & PARKING MAP

KEANEY ROAD PARKING - Passes for the Keaney Lot are distributed to qualifying individuals who donate to the RAMS Fund and are members of the Golden Ram Society donor level by priority points. 

LOT A PARKING (URI LOT 25) - Passes for the A Lot are distributed to qualifying individuals who donate to the RAMS Fund and are members of the Silver Ram and Athletic Director donor levels.

GENERAL PUBLIC PLAINS ROAD LOT (URI LOT 25) - Fans attending a URI Men's Basketball game can park in the Plains Road lot. Parking in the Plains Road lot is free to the general public and directly across the street from the Ryan Center and its main ticketing box office.

 MEN'S BASKETBALL GENERAL PLAINS ROAD LOT TRAFFIC & PARKING MAP

KEANEY LOT (URI LOT 26) - Fans attending a URI Men's Basketball game can park in the Keaney Lot located off Route 138 and the Ryan Center Marquee Entrance.  Parking in the Keaney Lot is free to the general public and located on the South Side of the Ryan Center. Fans needing to pick up General or Team will call will need to use the Plains Road lot for easier access to Will Call.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING INFORMATION FOR URI MEN'S BASKETBALL AT THE RYAN CENTER

Limited accessible parking is available in the Ram lot outside of the main lobby of the Ryan Center on a first-come, first-served basis. A state-approved parking permit is necessary for access to all parking areas. These spots are extremely limited. The Ram lot is open for patron drop-off and pick-up. Questions? Women's Basketball Parking at the Ryan Center

GENERAL PUBLIC PLAINS ROAD LOT (URI LOT 25) - Fans attending a URI Women's Basketball game can park in the Plains Road lot. Parking in the Plains Road lot is free to the general public and directly across the street from the Ryan Center and its main ticketing box office.

RAM LOT PARKING (URI LOT 23) - Ram Lot is available for most Women's Basketball games except doubleheader games. During doubleheaders, Men's Basketball parking rules shall apply and access will be granted to qualifying individuals who donate to the RAMS Fund and are members of the All-American, Keaney, and Golden Ram Society Level via parking passes.
