Box Office Location
Tickets for any Ryan Center event, Boss Ice Arena event or URI athletic event may be purchased by visiting the Ryan Center Box Office located in the Pepsi Tower off the North Lobby of the Ryan Center. From Route 138, please turn into the Plains Road entrance of the university to reach the box office. Parking is available in the lot directly in front of the Ryan Center.

Box Office Hours (September to May)
Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm
Saturday: 10am to 2pm
Sunday: If there is an event, box office opens 90 minutes prior. Hours are extended on event days.

Saturday and Sunday: If there is an event, box office opens 90 minutes prior. Hours are extended on event days.

Box Office Closures
The Ryan Center Box Office is closed annually for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
The box office also occasionally closes due to severe snowfall.
If you are unsure if the Ryan Center Box Office will be open when you plan to visit, please call (401) 788-3200 to confirm.

Payment Accepted at Box Office
The Ryan Center Box Office accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Ordering Tickets thru Ticketmaster
The only way to obtain tickets without coming to the Ryan Center is by using Ticketmaster. You can visit ticketmaster.com or (401) 331-2211.

Telephone Orders/Season Tickets
The only time the Ryan Center Box Office can provide tickets over the phone is if they are season tickets to a URI athletic event. Season tickets must be purchased at the Ryan Center Box Office or by calling the Box Office at (401) 874-RAMS. Season tickets can only be purchased up to the first game of the season.

Guests with Disabilities
If you wish to order accessible seating to an event at the Ryan Center, please call the Box Office at (401) 788-3200. Seating in all price levels is available for most events. Once an event is sold out, accessible seating is also sold out.
Designated accessible parking is available in the VIP lot otside the North Lobby of the Ryan Center.
The arena is equipped with in-house listening devices for the hearing impaired which guests can obtain from the Guest Services area located at the Main Ticket Office.
